Autonomous business operations
Design systems that move work across business functions, using AI agents and automation to carry processes from an incoming task to a completed outcome.
I’ve built autonomous systems and introduced AI systems that can run businesses. My work brings AI agents, connected software, and business workflows together into systems that carry operations forward.
Autonomy becomes useful when the whole operation is connected. I look at how work starts, which systems and decisions it passes through, and what a completed outcome looks like. The aim is a system that can coordinate the work, act on the next step, and make its progress visible.

Bring agents, CRMs, internal tools, and information flows into one operating system. Give each component a clear responsibility and a reliable way to pass work on.
Make the system’s actions and outcomes visible. Build in permissions, review points, and exception handling so people can direct the operation and intervene when needed.
Make the question useful. Keep the work inspectable. Let the result inform the next decision.
Follow the work across people, spreadsheets, messages, and existing tools. Find the repeated effort and the information that gets lost between steps.
Deliver a complete path through a narrow process, with clear ownership, access boundaries, and a way to handle failures.
Observe where people still work around the system. Simplify the experience and extend the parts that are already proving useful.
