05 / TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

Team Leadership & Management
A shared direction.

Good leadership gives people the clarity and support to do meaningful work. I’ve hired talent, trained teams, supported engineers through difficult problems, and connected technical and commercial priorities.

THE PERSPECTIVE

Capable people.

Working across technology, marketing, and business development taught me to look at a team as a connected system. A blocker may be technical, but it may also be an unclear decision, a missing owner, or a priority that has never been made explicit. My job is to help people see and resolve that friction.

WHERE I FOCUS

What I work on.

01

Hiring & team development

My advisory roles included interviewing candidates, selecting talent, and helping new team members build the knowledge they needed to contribute.

02

Coaching & practical support

Train technical staff, writers, sales teams, and interns. Create useful reference material and work alongside people when a difficult problem needs more than a status meeting.

03

Cross-functional leadership

Connect the language of technology with the needs of a business. Make priorities, ownership, and decisions understandable across functions.

HOW I APPROACH IT

Think clearly.
Move deliberately.

Make the question useful. Keep the work inspectable. Let the result inform the next decision.

  1. 01

    Give the work context

Explain the outcome and why it matters. Invite the team’s understanding of the problem before turning it into a delivery commitment.

  2. 02

    Create clear ownership

Agree who owns the work, which decisions they can make, and where they need support. Bring uncertainty into the open early.

  3. 03

    Coach through the obstacles

Use regular conversations to surface blockers, share knowledge, and adjust priorities. Recognize progress while keeping the outcome in view.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND IT

Where I’ve applied it.

The profile documents recruitment, engineer support, staff supervision, and training across cloud infrastructure, digital services, and business services, followed by overlapping CTO and commercial leadership roles from 2020 to 2024.
